Spreadsheet Upload

If it’s not the time for API integration, the payments can be sent in batches using an excel spreadsheet on our dashboard.

There are two versions for conventional payments:

  • Version in English for International Merchant
  • Version in Portuguese for National Merchant

For merchants operating remittance transactions, we have a third spreadsheet available in English.

Rules for successful upload:

  • The file extension must be .XLS or .XLS. XLSX
  • The maximum file size is 500KB
  • The file cannot have Excel formulas
  • If the file contains an error in any payment, only the payment in error will be rejected.
  • Pix Key field must be present when Bank Code, Bank Branch, Bank Account, Account Digit, Account Type fields are empty
  • The file header cannot be changed.
